Add one serving of matcha powder to a cup and pour in 2–3 oz of hot (not boiling) water. Whisk until smooth and frothy, making sure there are no clumps. Fill a tall glass with ice and add 6–8 oz of milk of your choice. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create the latte base. To make the lavender cold foam, combine 2–3 oz of milk or half-and-half with 1–2 tablespoons of lavender syrup in a small cup. Froth until light, thick, and airy. Finish the drink by gently spooning the lavender cold foam on top of the matcha latte. Add a small drizzle of lavender syrup if desired, then enjoy as-is or give it a gentle stir before sipping.
