Due to food safety standards, we do not accept returns on any food products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
